President luggage guarantee that all luggage produced will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 2 years from the date of original purchase.

Use the form below to registered yourself as owner of your newly purchased luggage. By registering yourself, we will be able to provide you with an extended 1 years waranty period (total: 3 years) and a registration number will be assign for you for future communication.

You’ll be required to provide proof of purchase, should there be a need to make a warranty claim for the defects on the product you purchased. Please make sure you keep copy of your proof of purchase for future use.

We guarantee that all personal data entered will be kept confidentially and only used internally by president for the purpose of providing better services for its end user.

Note:
The "extended warranty period" is provided ONLY for luggage owner that register before their original warranty period expired (within max. 24 month of luggage purchased.
